I’d already been trained in LVL, but I wanted to learn the Korean lash lift technique properly, and Shy’s knowledge, attention to detail and passion for what she does really stood out. She explained everything so clearly, answered every question patiently, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the training.
