RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All purchases made through Shys Studio® are subject to the following Return & Refund Policy.
By purchasing any service, online course, in-person training course, masterclass, digital product, downloadable material, or educational resource from Shys Studio®, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

ONLINE COURSES & DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All online courses, masterclasses, downloadable materials, manuals, educational resources, and digital products sold by Shys Studio® are strictly non-refundable due to the digital nature of the content.
Access to digital content is provided immediately upon purchase. Once access has been granted, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or payment reversals will be issued under any circumstances.
By completing checkout, you expressly agree to:
- immediate delivery of digital content,
- immediate access to proprietary educational materials,
- and waiver of any applicable cooling-off period rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
No refunds will be issued for:
- change of mind,
- personal circumstances,
- lack of time,
- failure to complete the course,
- dissatisfaction based on personal preference,
- misunderstanding of course content,
- technical issues relating to the student’s own device or internet connection,
- failure to read the course description prior to purchase,
- or inability to achieve desired results.
Shys Studio® reserves the right to dispute any chargeback or payment dispute claim using supporting evidence including:
- checkout acceptance records,
- login activity,
- IP access logs,
- download history,
- course progression,
- and email confirmation records.

IN-PERSON TRAINING COURSES
All in-person training course deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deposits secure and reserve a training space and therefore cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
The remaining course balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the course date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in:
- cancellation of the booking,
- forfeiture of the deposit paid,
- and removal from the course schedule.
A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to request rescheduling of an in-person training course.
Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the course date may result in forfeiture of the deposit and require a new booking fee to secure an alternative date.
Failure to attend a booked course without prior written notice will be treated as a non-attendance booking and no refunds or transfers will be provided.
